Why This Matters

Uncontrolled, unsustainable mass immigration in the United States is one of the crucial issues of our times. The coalition of business and special interest ethnic groups in the subversive La Raza open borders network do not want the issue discussed openly, because without open and truthful discussion, the American people can not make rational choices about their future.

It is important to recognize the tactics of the subversive open borders La Raza / business coalition for what they are.

By brushing aside the hype, hyperbole and hypocrisy, one can see through the noise to the true immigration issue - a crucial issue that must be discussed head-on, calmly, honestly and openly… for the future of our country.

The True Immigration Issue

In less developed countries, population growth is driven primarily by high fertility (children per woman). Growing numbers of people in these countries wish to leave their home countries in search of greater financial opportunity in more developed countries. Like all of us, they are looking for a better life.

In developed (Westernized) countries, native fertility is already at or below replacement level (2.1 children per woman). Families in these countries are on average much smaller than families in less developed countries.1 American women voluntarily reached replacement level fertility in 1972, while in developing countries, population is still growing dramatically.1,2

Amazingly, United States population is still projected to double within the lifetimes of children born today - thanks to mass immigration, both legal and illegal.3,4,9,10 Whether or not Americans want this unending growth should certainly be a matter for educated and informed open discussion.

Special interests benefit immensely from mass immigration. Businesses benefit from cheap foreign labor. Political parties benefit from mass immigration: Republican corporate constituents benefit from cheap labor and the Democratic Party benefits from a major source of new potential Democratic voters.

Ethnic special interests see an increasing power base resulting from increasing numbers, while many Americans are becoming increasingly concerned about Balkanization of their country.5

Globalists envision a free flow of goods and people across present national borders and the formulation of global trading hemispheres.

Mass immigration is a major component of all of these issues. It is a major component of the major problems facing the United States. It should be discussed factually, openly and honestly, without the name-calling and personal attacks that are typical of the open borders network. (For example, see the case study of attacks against John Tanton.)

Immigration Numbers

In the following 13-minute video, Roy Beck of NumbersUSA.com clearly explains the consequences of unconstrained mass immigration on America's population numbers. This video has been viewed by over 6 million people online.

The impoverished around the world deserve our compassion and care. In the following video, author Roy Beck explains why mass immigration is not an effective solution.

The Open Borders Network Agenda

The Open Borders Network agenda implicitly calls for increasing the political power base of their ethnic constituents. A major objective to increase this power base is to repeat the "one time" amnesty of 1986 for all of the illegal aliens who have evaded capture and  are currently residing in the United States (estimates range from 8 million to 30 million illegal aliens).6,8

Although it is crucial that the causes and consequences of mass immigration be openly and honestly discussed, open borders zealots want to shut down the immigration debate.

They know that if the issues of legal immigration and illegal immigration are truly on the table for honest discussion, their special-interest agenda will falter in the light of reality. They have no reasonable arguments that justify unending mass immigration and an amnesty for millions of illegal aliens.

So they resort to personal attacks, name calling, guilt by association, ad hominem attacks, and endless race-baiting. They have concluded that the tactics that worked very well during the McCarthy era will work for them now. Never mind the facts.

During the late 1940s to late 1950s, Senator Joseph McCarthy openly accused thousands of Americans of being Communists. Although the vast majority his accusations were unsubstantiated, he succeeded in intimidating a great many of his victims into silence.7

Today, cries of racism constitute the new McCarthyism.

This new McCarthyism is intended to:

  1. intimidate and silence those who want United States immigration laws enforced and the immigration issue to be honestly discussed, and
  2. permeate the internet with innuendo and guilt-by-association attacks, so as to fool the uninformed reader and the media into marginalizing the true immigration reform message.

In short: marginalize the messenger.

Brushing Aside the Hyperbole

It is important to recognize the tactics of the subversive open borders La Raza / business coalition for what they are.

By brushing aside the hype, hyperbole and hypocrisy, one can see through the noise to the true immigration issue - a crucial issue that must be discussed head-on, calmly, honestly and openly… for the future of our country.

This website serves to accurately expose the tactics of the special interest open borders La Raza / business coalition - tactics that are incompatible with calm, rational debate about the future of our country.
